Compulsory Land Acquisition
Adelaide Compulsory Acquisition Valuation
Our love for this aspect of valuation is all too obvious. We are recognised as one of the major providers of compulsory acquisition valuations in the state.
In assessing the loss, the relevant value concept is NOT market value but rather the loss to the owner which is the basis for compensation. This allows us to obtain higher valuations which is beneficial to our clients

Not only will we listen to you in formulating your compensation claim, in addition, but we also have the skill, expertise and experience to help you achieve the best possible compensation.
Give us a call. Our team of Valuers at My Valuation are all qualified valuers with years of experience and members of the Australian Property Institute. This means we are bound by the API’s high professional practice standard, ethics and code of conduct.
